  • Client Agreements: The terms of any custom engineering project, software deployment, or ongoing maintenance are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between DIVERGIT and the client.

  • Client Deliverables: Ownership of custom code, custom Python scripts, n8n/Make workflows, and GCP database schemas developed during paid client engagements will be transferred to the client as specified in their individual service agreements.
